President
President
Cesar Bras
As president of Top-Line Roofing and Sheet Metal, I am proud to be
the founder of one of Southern Ontario's premier Industrial,
Commercial and Institutional roofing companies. We have been servicing
our clients throughout the province since 1988.
Having inherited a strong work ethic from my Portuguese ancestry I
firmly believe hard and honest work has been a contributing factor to
the success of Top-Line.
I give my personal assurance to all of my clients, that Top-Line
Roofing will always conduct business in a respectful, dignified and
professional manner. This strong code of ethics has continually built
and maintained a loyal customer base.
